2. Subscriptions

2.1 Auto-Renewal

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term (monthly, quarterly, annually) unless cancelled. You will be charged using the payment method provided at the time of purchase. One off and gift subscriptions will not automatically renew and will expire at the end of the term.  

2.2 Cancellation 

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle; you will continue to receive service until the end of your current paid term. 

To cancel, log in to your customer account or contact our customer service team. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a subscription term. 

2.3 Refund Policy 

We do not offer refunds once the first issue of a subscription has been dispatched or accessed. This includes both print and digital subscriptions. Exceptions may be made only in the case of administrative error or goods not delivered as described. 

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving your right to a 14-day cooling-off period once fulfilment has begun. 

2.4 Pricing & Changes 

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated at least 14 days prior to your next renewal. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 

3. Account Management 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please ensure your contact and delivery details are accurate and up to date. 

 

4. Intellectual Property 

All content, branding, and products are the intellectual property of Kennedy Publishing or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any material without express permission. 

 

5. Liability 

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our products or services unless caused by our negligence or breach of duty. Our total liability will not exceed the value of the product or subscription purchased. 

 

6. Data Protection 

We handle your data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the use of your data for fulfilment, billing, and service-related communications. 

 

7. Governing Law 

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
