How do I subscribe to a magazine?

Subscribing is easy and only takes a few simple steps! Select the magazine you’d like, choose whether you wish to purchase 3 or 12 issues, then follow the checkout instructions to complete your order. 

Why should I subscribe? 

Subscribing makes reading your favourite magazines easier and guarantees screen-free, boredom-busting entertainment for children. The magazines promise hours of delight with fun-filled features, epic posters, awesome competitions, plus brilliant gifts included with every copy. 

Subscribing also saves you money. You can purchase a 3 issue or 12 issue plan, which works out cheaper than buying the individual issues. 

There’s no need to worry about if your local shop has a copy of the latest issue, just choose your subscription plan, complete your purchase and we’ll deliver the magazine straight to your door. Less hassle, more time to read and enjoy! 

Are gifts included in my subscription?

All purchases with a UK delivery address will receive the gifts at the same time as the magazine. Due to shipping restrictions, orders shipped outside the UK will not include gifts with the magazines.

How do I make an account? 

To make an account, click the “My Account” button in the top right corner of the webpage, select “Create An Account”, fill in the relevant fields and click “Create Account”. You can then sign into your account anytime to see your details and order history. Please note that placing an order doesn’t automatically create an account. 

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

My payment will not go through. / I have been charged twice. What shall I do? 

This can happen if the page is refreshed during purchasing, if the “Pay Now” button is pressed multiple times mistakenly, or if there is an issue with the system processing the payment. Please get in touch via our Contact Us form and we will be happy to assist you.

How much will postage cost? 

Postage is included in the price, so there are no hidden additional postage charges! 

When will my order be shipped? /When will I receive my order? 

After placing your order, you will receive the next available issue, which should arrive within one week of the on-sale date. New issues are on sale every 4 weeks. Magazines are shipped to the address provided when ordering. 

Can I get a refund on my subscription? 

We are unable to offer refunds for subscriptions once the first issue has been dispatched. If there has been an error or exceptional circumstance, please get in touch via our Contact Us form and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 

Can I cancel my subscription? 

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current subscription period and you will continue to receive all issues remaining on your current term. To cancel, login to your account or get in touch via the Contact Us form. 

My order is lost/damaged. What shall I do? 

If any issues arrive lost or damaged, please get in touch via the Contact Us form and we will be happy to organise a replacement. 

Can I buy a subscription over the phone? 

Unfortunately, due to GDPR, we are not able to accept orders over the phone.  

How can I renew my subscription?   

It’s easy – you don't have to do anything! If you have purchased a recurring subscription, your subscription will automatically renew unless you choose to cancel or disable auto-renewal via your “Account Settings” or by contacting us. 

How do I amend my personal details? 

To amend any personal details including your name, address or email address, simply log into your account and update your information under the "Account Settings" section. 

Do you offer digital versions of your magazines? 

We do not currently offer digital subscriptions to our magazines. 

Who do I contact if I have issues with my subscription?  

Our customer service team is always happy to help. Fill out the form on our Contact Us page and a member of the team will get back to you within 3-5 working days. 

How do I delete my account? 

We’re sorry to see you go! You can delete your account through the “Account Settings” section of the website. 

What will happen to my subscription if the magazine ceases publication? 

In the event that a magazine closes, we will notify any existing subscribers about what happens next.
